Please note: *On weekdays, this space is available at 5:30 PM or later with a 2 hour minimum booking. *On weekends, this space is available between 8 AM-6 PM with a 4 hour minimum booking. Our large conference area is ideal for your workshops, meetups, presentations, and other events! The space is 950 sq. feet and holds up to 20 people. A community manager will be on site during your event to coordinate and assist with any questions, set-up, or take-down. The presentation area includes a large screen and boardroom style seating, with additional seating options throughout the room if that table fills up. Features: - Dedicated fiber internet - Popular restaurants within walking distance (Torchy's Tacos, Via 313 Pizza, Wheatsville Food Co-op, and more) - Large screen for presentations - Presenter's laptop stand - Tall kitchen table, ideal for holding food, drinks, and snacks - Free on-site parking
Pets and smoking are not permitted in the space, but you are free to bring outside food and drink. Furniture must be moved back to where you found it.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

What a fabulous experience. We ran a speaker's workshop on a Saturday in the downstairs space. It was open enough for all our workshop activities. The location was quiet, Kady and Brandin were supportive and available if we needed, and the facilities (with coffee made!) were great.

Consistently the best space and team I have worked with in Austin for classes and education. They are easy to work with and direct when there are discussion items. They both helped us without being seen or interrupting the workshop. I remain amazed at this gem hidden so close the UT!
