10 min walk from sunset junction. the space has been designed in mind with putting on events. the power (amperage) layout to the amenities have been put together to make for more efficient and ease of use for building out events. full space comfortably 80 people. this space is meant for more of a higher end intimate style event. we have plenty of other equipment based upon needs if needed to discuss. from sound and lighting to projections etc.. i have been in the events business many years. i understand the costs associated with all the rentals, drop off/pick up fees etc.. this space has many of the options you would normally have to pay mass amounts in delivery/pick up fees alone not to mention the time spent waiting on these companies to get what you need to the location just to get the rest of the work you need going. we have an onsite point of contact who will be there to help with any other questions you would have regarding the space. there are 3 areas that could be used. FULL KITCHEN space exposed to dining room: 700 sq ft (seated up to 24) 1 - restroom wolf range (6 burners) 1 cooktek burner 1 true 2 door reach in 2 - true 1 door reach ins 1 true 1 door freezer cvap (cook and hold) cryovac machine 1 small fryer table chairs seats up to 24 people misc equipment (discussed case by case) silverware glasses plateware etc (discussed case by case) BAR AREA: 600 sq ft (seated up to 30) 1 ADA restroom 96" bar set up (can be moved around space) 48" roaming bar set up (that can be moved around space if needed) coffee/espresso drink area (cannot be moved) 2 tap kegerator if needed 10-12 seat bar top with bar stools record player in past has been turned into dining room for seating up to 30 outdoor area: 1000 sq ft-ish have black carpet already measured to fit the outdoor area. this space would need to be built out to suit a specific event. its more of a blank canvas. we have some furniture (tables couches chairs) also discussed case by case basis.
