The SoMa loft is a light filled daily rental for private events, company off-sites and video / photo productions. The standard rental period (availability) is between 8AM and 8PM. Please inquire about additional hours as they may be possible for your event / offsite / shoot. Housed in a former warehouse / factory, it is a special and unique location for your event. If you need a beautiful, inspiring space for the day, this is the spot! Our modern chef’s kitchen is coveted by foodies and instagram influencers alike and the perfect size for casual, intimate get togethers of up to 20 people. It is a modern, light filled open floor plan (dining, kitchen and living room) that can host up to a 20 person event in casual San Francisco style. An enormous wall of windows allow for a ton of natural daylight and free flowing social movement between interior and exterior. We feature polished concrete flooring and sparkling new fixtures, custom built ins and appliances. COMPANY OFF-SITES / INTIMATE GATHERINGS: The Mission studio is located in a recently renovated residential building with 22’ ceilings, amazing light, a designer kitchen and lots of comfortable seating. It is approximately 900 sqft of indoor space. Please inquire about custom decor for your event! We can also rent additional chairs or place settings for your event and have it delivered to our location. PHOTO / VIDEO PRODUCTIONS: The wall of windows in the space offer beautiful, diffused light during the day. Our space has been featured in Instagram influencer stories and posts, and is the perfect, unique spot for your event. Our space includes: - 12+ person dining table; additional tables can accommodate more, depending on your needs; - Corner kitchen with views of patio and seating area - Ample bar area for cocktails, food demonstrations, etc. - Living room seating for 8+ (Sofa, 1 large comfy chair, 2 smaller Eames chairs, several floor pillows) - Variety of dimmable light designs and configurations; - Beautiful, spacious bathroom You may park streetside for 15 minutes during unloading and loading; after that you will need to find available street parking nearby during the stay. There are metered spots available or several parking garages in the neighborhood. - OPTIONAL: We also have an instagram influencer and stylist who can work with you to style your event to your needs. - LOCATION: Our space is easy to find, as it is located centrally in SoMa. We are steps from the CalTrain for an easy commute into or out of SF. Marlowe, Bluxome Winery, 25 Lusk are just a few of the gourmet food and bar destinations in your immediate neighborhood. It is located just steps from numerous coffee shops for the perfect coffee break. We are in easy walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacies and other amenities.
Large public parking lot at 470 Brannan 400 feet away. A few other garages / lots a few blocks away as well.
We hope you enjoy our beautiful space, thanks for booking it! We ask that you please leave it as you found it. - No loud music, smoking, or animals (pets, cats, dogs, etc.). - No drugs. - Please do not speak with or bother our neighbors. - No alcohol without prior permission. Indoor music only (sorry no music outdoors without prior permission). We would appreciate it if you put the space back in a similar condition to how you found it at checkin. We'll hire professional cleaners to do the floors, bathroom, etc., but please put the furniture back prior to departure. We would love to learn of damage as soon as possible so that repairs can be made before the next guest arrives. Guests are responsible for the cost of the repairs.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Chris' place was the absolute perfect location for our shoot. It was a tastefully designed space with lots of room for our interviewee and host. We got some great long lens shots and the natural light spilled in beautifully. Would highly recommend for any video interview. Just keep in mind that there is a minimal amount of street noise. However it wasn't too terrible.

We rented C's space for an afternoon baby shower for 18. It provided the cozy, personal feel we wanted. C. was incredibly responsive, often answering messages within minutes. As others have said, it can be a bit tricky to find the entrance, but C provided a clear map and instructions.

The space was beautiful: homey and perfect for a 12 person dinner party. C was very responsive, and set out glassware & water for us upon arrival - super thoughtful. The one hang up was that the location was difficult to find for nearly all of our guests. It's not an easy address to Lyft/Uber to, and extra challenging at night.
