This is a cozy meeting room within a professional environment. It's the perfect place to set up work for the day or to have a small group meeting. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Yes, I would book again.

My need was to meet with one other person and share a screen on the TV. I tried to book a less expensive/smaller room (CR 3, Room 214) but I was informed by the host that CR 3 did not have a TV but CR 4 did, so my booking was rejected and I reserved CR 4. However, when I arrived I was told I'd be in CR 3, which ended up having a TV, as CR 4 was still in use when I arrived. I want to believe it was an honest mistake but it sure feels shady. For what it's worth, I don't feel like the price I was charged CR 4 was that out of line with what CR 3 provided, it's just when you advertise a price, then "up-sell" me to a better room, but then stick me in the room I tried to rent in the first place, it's just not right. I will be contesting the credit card charges but if you want to refund me and charge me the CR 3 rate ($12/hr for 4 hours), I'll be happy to pay that and amend my review.
