All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Looking for a unique and interesting place to hold a meeting or business event ? Are you a musician or performer? Are you looking for a space for any kind of art-related event? You can take advantage of our space and stage. The capacity of the home salon gallery is 60, which includes gallery staff and the people involved with the event. We are an all-ages venue. We encourage acoustic and smaller bands to play at the home gallery as well as entertainment nights at Stingray. We look for musicians, dancers, actors, comedians, and all other applicable art forms. There is a PA system that can used for any event with mics, stands, and cables ready for use. There are approximately 50 folding chairs available for use. We have a projector and projector screen for films, slideshows, presentations, and other visual components of events. Gallery staff can be on hand to help with setup and breakdown of events and can handle taking suggested donations for events at the door if need be. However, it is much appreciated if the organizer of the event can provide someone to handle working the door. Events may include but are not necessarily limited to: – poetry readings, storytelling & writer’s groups – film screenings – fundraisers and benefits – birthday parties, wedding receptions, funeral receptions – music performances – art shows – music lessons & dance classes – meditation sessions – open mics

General Rules
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.

Cancellation Policy
Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Wow ! Where do I even begin? From Parma’s unmatched energy, to the beautiful paintings on display, back down to the beauty of the art studio itself ! This place was everything I expected and more! Parma was beyond friendly, professional, super helpful, informative, communicative, everything ! She reached out to me to inquire the type of event I was hosting, and from that initial conversation I knew this was going to be a great experience. The area where I had my birthday gathering was more then enough. It was easy to find. Parking was a huge plus as well. Parma and her partner checked in a few times, just to make sure everything was going smooth and if we needed any assistance. When it was time to start cleaning up, once again Parma and her partner were there to give a hand as well. I don’t have absolutely anything negative to say about my experience. As far as music and sound goes, there were large speakers available, but make sure your phone is compatible with the AUX cord to be able to connect. Or bring your own speakers. I am excited to have met Parma and work with her, there’s no doubt in my mind that I would book her space again! Thanks for everything Parma!!

The space was perfect for our needs! We were throwing a Met Gala themes party for our friends. There was space to dance, socialize, and had space to view art all evening. The host was gracious and open to letting us do our own thing. He stayed in the space throughout the event and was respectful. Some of the equipment in the space was not working properly, a previous event had messed with some levels, so I decided to use my own equipment. The owners adorable dog was present at the beginning! The only thing that felt strange was that the owner was comfortable with smoking cigarettes inside, 100% his space and did not want to be disrespectful. I may have wanted to double check policies on indoor smoking before renting the space. (to be fair the space does not smell aggressively of cigarettes, but he did go to a window a few times throughout the night and it was noticeable)
