About the Space
You'll have private access to our executive conference room which can seat 14 people. It includes state-of-the-art equipment and capabilities plus free secure WIFI and free local and long distance calls. All this and a beautiful view of Lake Merritt! All our meeting facilities come with a thoroughly trained, professional support staff. Breakout rooms are also available. LOCATION Located just a few minutes from a Whole Foods Market, and directly outside of the building is a Starbucks, Togos, and Specialty Cafe. A Mechanics Bank is located in the lobby. The Fox Theater and Paramount Theatre of the Arts are both just minutes away and offer concerts, speakers, and other events. I booked this conference room for an all-day strategy session attended by my company's leadership. Raul and staff were communicative and incredibly helpful. I was able to do a site visit before the meeting to assess what we needed to bring. The location is especially convenient as my company's office is in the same building, so that made the day incredibly easy. The room was exactly what was needed. Absolutely would book again!
