This 800 SF location is a multi-use event space with 4 to 10 parking spaces (depending on the neighboring business hours; additional parking available directly across the street) in the Orange/Anaheim area. Off-site tailgating, parties (birthday especially surprise birthday parties, pregame or after hours on club night, bachelor/bachelorette, or anything you care to celebrate), sporting events (NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, UFC, etc.…), wine tasting, poker tournaments, full-size golf simulator to dial in your swing or play against others on-line, fundraisers, corporate events including team building and holiday parties are just a few of the many uses this space will provide for. The venue has a bar (food and/or beverages provided by you), 3 mobile bars with stools, 3 televisions, regulation size pool table, full-size golf simulator, regulation size poker table (folding table-top poker table also available), custom beer pong table, dart board, BBQ and smoker, couches, ottoman seating, tables, folding chairs. Conveniently located within blocks of Angel Stadium and The Honda Center with easy access to 57, 5 & 22 freeways. We encourage you to stop by and check us out!!! (depends on usage) • 4-10 off-street parking spaces (additional parking located directly across the street) • Central A/C • Bathroom • Alcohol/Food/Pets OK (no selling of alcohol on-site) • Golf simulator equipped with OptiShot II and connected to the web (allowing you to play against others on-line) included with our hourly rate (may be rented hourly independently at $15 per hour). • On-site manager is there to assist guests and make sure they can take full advantage of the space and its many amenities. • Guests are not expected to clean up at all after their event and are free to take only what they plan on keeping when leaving. • This location is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. • Ideal location to tailgate before the game or concert and catch Uber!!!!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I absolutely loved this venue. My husband and I had a birthday party here and it was amazing. David was wonderful and super chill. He allowed us extra time to come in and set up. He didn’t bother us at all but was always available for any of our questions. My friends loved the venue as well everyone kept asking where i found this spot. Also, David cleaned up everything we left. We will definitely be booking with David in the future.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place and the owner David. The place was perfect for my birthday party and everyone had so much fun and enjoyed the place as well. My friends even want to rent it out for their birthdays now that they got to experience it. It was so much fun and just perfect! David was the best possible host you can ask for! He was always there ready to answer my questions. Was in need of a couple coolers and he was kind of enough to let us use two of his. He even helped with fixing the music as we wanted it a bit louder. He even let us stay a bit longer to do our clean up! Best place to book when throwing a get together, will definitely book again!
