Our space is perfect for your next off-site, team meeting, production need, or training! Our Conference Room fits 6-8 very comfortably, but we have plenty of chairs if you need to squeeze in a few more. Our Belltown location is just steps away from Pike Place Market and the Waterfront, just off Western Ave. The attached coffee shop and bar serves specialty coffee, pastries, toasts, cocktails, beer & wine, and offers a small kitchen menu with paninis and salads. To reserve, we ask that you meet a minimum purchase of $25/hr., pre-tax. The meeting space is located on the opposite end of the building from the bar, offering a quiet space with lots of windows for great natural light. The space is open early (7AM) and late (9PM Th-Sa, 7PM Su-Wed). There is ample street-parking spaces on either side of the building, or multiple garage parking options for all-day parking. Free and Unlimited Wifi.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Lovely room filled with natural light. The staff were SO friendly and accommodating. The pastry and coffee package were great and generous. I would highly recommend this meeting room for any group of 8 or fewer guests

The space was perfect! First of all, the design of the cafe is beautiful!! We'd ordered a small party decoration package and that was enough. Lighting from the many windows was great and our photos turned out perfectly. (Our party occurred during the hours of 4-7pm.) I hosted a bridal shower for a party of 9 and we fit in the room just fine. We used the one table in the room and though we were sitting close to each other, it made for a perfectly intimate setting. I'd asked the barista if we could use a cocktail table as our cake table and he was fine with it. He'd also provided us with a trash can though he was busy! (Unfortunately, I didn't catch the barista's name, but thank you for all your help!) I hadn't asked about plugging into a sound/speaker system for ambient music so we ended up purchasing a portable BT speaker and because of the size of the space, it was sufficient. The food was excellent! I did feel a little bad because we'd ordered our food and drinks at the same time and the barista was occupied with our orders so he wasn't quite available for regular cafe patrons for some time. Tracey was great to work with in terms of booking the space and was extremely efficient at answering my questions (even on the weekends!). We were running about an hour late and I tried calling the cafe (was sent to vm immediately) so I'd messaged her a little later and she mentioned she'd received my voicemail message and that our reservation time was flexible. So, thanks again! I love this space and will certainly look to it for future gatherings!! (And everyday caffeine needs.)
