All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Located in East Nashville's historic Cleveland Park, our space has 3800 sq feet of flexible rental space that can be used for weddings and receptions, photo shoots, cocktail parties, etc. Includes two bathrooms, a catering area, street parking and parking available behind the building.

Parking description
There is public street parking on our street and the surrounding streets. Traffic and flow depend on time of day and day of week. Guests can usually always find a spot. There is also a loading dock in the back that can hold about 15 cars- best suited for vendors.
General Rules
No smoking, fireworks, or "BYOB" alcohol is allowed inside the venue. All candles must be enclosed in glass with heat protecting bases. No nails, screws or staples to be used on walls or floors. Only licensed bartenders may serve alcohol and all ID's must be checked. All vendors must be licensed and insured.

Cherylann was an absolute amazing host! This space was great! A big and unique looking studio space on a quite street. I was in town for a documentary shoot and the rustic walls for our background were perfect. I would definitely recommend this location to any film shoot of any kind!

This space was excellent! Great natural light, spacious wood flooring, clean, wifi...and the host was personable and very friendly and accommodating. We were unable to use the back yard space as it started raining soon after my booking, but it looked very nice hopefully I have clear skies next time I book. I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a place to shoot or host an event.
