All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Available for photo shoots. Charming 1920s Spanish style home with fromt patio lounging area. There are two kids rooms and a kid friendly backyard- please refer to photos All areas available for shooting including the front patio, kids and master bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining room areas. Easy accessible street parking. Walking distance to the Beverly center and the grove.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

The location is awsome and the owner Orly is super kind. She cleaned every room for our shooting. Also, everytime we text her for questions, she replied very quickly. It was very helpful for us.

Yes, I would book again.

Perfect experience! Orly is an awesome host - accommodating and super nice. I rented the house for video production and she was very helpful with my questions/requests leading up to the shoot. The house itself is beautiful. You need permits for street parking but Orly just printed a bunch out for us at $3/permit. Would definitely recommend!

A most wonderful host. Orly was super accommodating, and the place had lots of natural light and space for our film shoot. Highly recommend.

Orly was amazing in every way... From the very first contact via phone and throughout the day of our shoot, Orly was helpful and accommodating at every moment and was there to answer questions at any time. The location was perfect and beautiful and was exactly what we needed and then some. Thank you Orly :)
