*** Please treat our home as if it was your own and leave it the exact way that you found it. 1. We have a total of 5 security cameras in the house. There are two on the mantel in the living room. There is one at the top of the stairs. If you have only rented the ground/main floor (kitchen/living room/balcony), we will be notified immediately if anyone is on the second floor. Please stick to and respect the floor space you have rented. 2. No guests other than the those who have reserved the property are authorized to be in the unit. Please make sure to book the appropriate number of guests. Anyone who will be in the unit for any length of time should be considered a guest and counted in the total. If there are extra guests found to be in the unit that you have not registered, there will be a $50 charge for each. Groups over 8 will be subject to an extra guest and extra cleaning fee. Pets require pre-approval and are considered "guests." 3. During the week we ask for quiet after 11p and on weekends after midnight. We have a little one upstairs. 4. We allow events, but not parties. If you'd like to host an event, please reach out first so we can discuss. Subject to security deposit depending on group size. 4. The guest who made the reservation must be the one who checks in, and will need to provide a Government ID. 5. Smoking is under no circumstances allowed inside the unit. You can smoke in the back as long as you clean up any mess / butts, or in front of the unit. Anyone caught smoking in the unit will be charged an extra $100 cleaning fee. 6. Please DO NOT move any furniture or hang anything on the walls / ceiling without prior approval. Doing so can cause damage to the hardwood floors or paint. If furniture is found to be moved, or anything is found on the walls / ceiling there will be a MINIMUM charge of $50. 7. If vomit is found in the unit or if the sink or toilet is clogged upon our return, you will be charged a minimum of a $100 fee. 8. We ask all of our guests to remove their shoes OR wear booties upon entering our home. We thank you in advance for respecting our space.
