- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

About the Space
Architect’s loft with incredible lighting, fabulously tall ceilings, minimal furniture and tasteful plants - perfect for production and photo shoots, as well as meetings and small gatherings/workshops. The loft is located in the historic luggage factory (a unique live/work space for many artists) and is expansive with tall white walls, painted white floors, and an open layout modern kitchen with a large quartz island. The entire downstairs area of the loft along with the open layout modern kitchen and bathroom are fully available during rental hours. Please note the second floor loft area is not included in rental hours and no exceptions can be made. More Info: *Loft is located on the second floor (easy walk-up & freight elevators can be made available upon advance notification) *There is plenty of parking around the building/block *Hours can be made flexible - please reach out with full details so that we can accommodate *Wifi Included - please reach out for login info *No loud music/shoots

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Bahar was an excellent host! She really goes above and beyond and the whole experience was lovely! I HIGHLY recommend using her space for photos. It’s such a cute space with a boho vibe. There is no orange tree how pictured but plenty of house plants! 😍 Super clean and tidy as well, great natural lighting.
