We offer free parking and additional services, including photography and videography of your event. Perfect for creative events: - Mixers - Workshops - Photo shoots - Video shoots - Listening parties - Screenings | movie nights - Release parties - Birthday parties - Pop up shops - Galleries Optional Add Ons: along with our space rentals we also offer these features for additional costs - projector rental, speaker & mic rental, photographer booking, videographer booking, security.
- smoking is not permitted inside space - outside food is allowed - pets are not permitted - If event is over 40 guests a security officer is required for an additional $250.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
