Welcome! Please note for your reservation: We are a fully functioning bar that is open nightly. We offer two options for bookings. 1) Shared space reservation with reserved seating and tables in the bar that is open to the public. This does not include any changes to music or space. 2) Fully private buy out that requires a bar minimum that would vary based on the day and hours. This includes your choice for music options or changes to the space to suit your event. The number of people in your party does not determine if you should go private or shared, but your budget does. :-) *BAR MINIMUM RATES FOR PRIVATE EVENTS* Monday, 5pm-8pm: $500-750/hour. 8pm-close: $750-$1000/hour. Its original use is unknown, and the brick structure was leveled in the 1906 earthquake. Rebuilt as a 3-story wood-frame building after the quake, the property became the Hotel Rondel, named after the alleyway to the east. It operated as a place of lodging and brothel until The Great Depression, when it was shuttered. When the economy recovered the property became a simple hotel and stayed that way until it was sold and renamed the Sincere Hotel. In 1976 there was a fire that gutted the top two floors of the hotel, and there are still bits of char at the top of these steps left in place for history. Rather than rebuild the two burned floors the owner removed them and converted the remaining structure to a commercial space, becoming a bar. In May of 2014 the interior was demolished except that every effort was made to preserve any architectural history, such as the wooden back bar, the lit arch, the box-beam ceiling, the windows, the infinity stairs and all the moldings. Opened as Bond on Thanksgiving Eve in 2014, the name is a reference to the relationships that connect people and the opportunity to make new ones.

Yonas B. booked a farewell party for 20 people
Staff was super attentive and the space was perfect! We had the space reserved right after another event and they were very accommodating in helping direct folks when they arrived!
Samuel H. booked a film shoot for 20 people
The location was fantastic and Andrea is a top tier host. She went above and beyond accommodating all of our needs. Our film shoot went very smoothly because of Andrea's support. Would highly recommend this venue.
Kari C. booked a networking event for 100 people
Bond Bar is the perfect little venue for a networking social! Andrea is highly responsive and great to work with. We were able to have some slides running all during our event, use a mic for some quick announcements, and everyone was blown away by the cocktail menu for the evening!
David L. booked a meetup for 80 people
Had 50 people meet up during one of the busiest weekends, Saturday before Halloween from 7 - 10pm. Venue rental price is one of the best in town as you can see. Andrea, the host, is so easy to work with and she accommodates anything you need. The venue is very clean, music was good, drinks are both affordable and tasty. All the meetup attendees were tech based professionals who really enjoyed their time. I highly recommend this place and working with Andrea.
