Over 2000 Square feet of open floor space, custom lighting, professional sound system, small kitchen area with sink, fridge and freezer, and two bathrooms. This space is suitable for multiple uses and can comfortably host up to 80 people with tables & chairs. Tables & Chairs are included in the rental. A 5 hour minimum is required to rent. A maximum of 10 round tables (60 in diameter) and 6 rectangular tables (6 ft long) are available for use. Tablecloths, dinnerware, glassware etc. is available to rent at an additional charge of $6 per setting and is not included in the rental rate. You are not required to rent these items. You may provide your own. Outside food and drink is allowed in the space as well as your own decor, DJ, and table settings. If you prefer not to have a DJ, you may connect your device up to our sound system through aux cable.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This little gem was right in my backyard and I didn’t know it! Chris was wonderful to work with and made our planning process worry-free. The venue had everything we needed for our graduation party and plenty of parking for our guests. I would easily rent the space again!

Overall, the venue space was nice. We reserved the location for two hours starting at 7:00 PM and ending at 9:00 PM. Our guest really enjoyed themselves and I feel that the owner could have been a little more inconspicuous at our ending time. My guest had this concern as well. He could have gave a little more leeway with the time considering that we helped clean up after paying the cleaning fee that was included with the total cost.
