*BOOKING TIME: STARTS WHEN THE FIRST PERSON SHOW UP, ENDS WHEN THE LAST PERSON LEAVES. Overtime assessed at 1/2 hr increment per Peerspace rule. *Must communicate in advance which room will be needed (subject to availability). Must communicate if wish to use the kitchen / fridge. *Leave the space as you found it. Clean what you use. *No confetti, no tape that will take paint off *Please bring your own cookware and tools, there are minimal cookware in the kitchen. What we do have: a few pots and pans, utensils, spatula and ladle. *No smoking inside or outside the house. *No loud music, esp after 9:30 pm. *We have cameras outside, and one inside facing the front entrance. *Nominal admin fee for handling delivery / storage outside of booking *Trash must be taken out at the end and placed near the trash bin area. *Parking: on the driveway we can fit 4 cars. Also first come first serve parking on the street. Trash day is Monday.

Cindy was very helpful and responsive and the space was extremely clean! However, there was construction going on and a lot of the light was blocked by the building going up. I'd recommend inquiring about that before shooting, especially if you're recording audio.

Super space! Cosy but spacious. Looks just like the pictures. I used the space as a mini set for a educational video. Worked perfectly. Host was also very easy to communicate with and super friendly. Would definitely book again.

Cindy's home is absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for our photo shoot. She was very accommodating prior to the booking and responsive to all of my questions, even sending additional photos of the space. The kitchen looks even better in person and is super spacious. There was lots of natural light and plenty of space for our gear.
