About the Space

*** New Years Eve Special Rates*** (Minimum Drink Purchase Required, inquire) We are a combination art gallery and bar centrally located in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood. This is a unique space that has been in business over 14 years. The building is over 115 years old with very high ceilings and old Seattle charm. Services & Amenities: Staff/Bartender is included in the price. Catering is encouraged, ask for suggestions. Add $50 cleaning/garbage/recycling fee if you are bringing catering and/or decorations (no glitter, confetti or smoke/fog machines allowed) Food and beverages not included. No outside beverages allowed. Drink tickets available for purchase or we can start a tab for you. Guests can also start their own tabs. Average drink price is $8-$10 21+ Minors are allowed with adult supervision. Baby Grand Piano available for an extra fee on certain dates, inquire. Bring your own DJ for $125 additional Play your music through our system with Bluetooth or RCA inputs. HOLIDAY BOOKINGS HAVE A MINIMUM BAR TAB REQUIREMENT

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Yes, I would book again.

This place is absolutely amazing! It's right in the heart of lively Capitol Hill and has so much character and charm. My fiancé and I threw our engagement party here, and we had a blast with our friends. Diane and her team were super professional and helpful. They answered all our questions and made sure everything was set up perfectly. I definitely recommend this space.

We did a Saturday night birthday dance party and it went so smoothly, Diana is such a delight to work with. Great space with enough room for people to dance and have conversations, and it didn't get too hot either. Definitely recommend!

Yes, I would book again.

This was my first experience using peer space. I rented this space out for my friend and I’s birthday. We had the best experience! Space was so nice, perfect for a birthday party! Diana & her team let us decorate & move around furniture where we liked it. They were more than helpful with any questions we had. Best birthday I have ever had, would definitely rent again.

I had an absolutely incredible experience here! They really made celebrating my 30th here really special! It was also such a spacious and beautiful venue! I would highly recommend booking here if you are considering it.

Diana's space was an amazing venue for throwing a birthday party. The venue is awesome and unique, and the layout is really well designed for having a mixture of dancing and mingling. Diana and her staff were super helpful with everything we needed, and helped me have what was one of the best birthdays of my life.

This was a great space for our relatively small (about 25 people) work party. Diana and her team were really easy to work with and the physical set up of the space was just right for our needs.
