About the Space

We are a combination art gallery and bar centrally located in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood. This is a unique space that has been in business over 14 years. The building is over 115 years old with very high ceilings and old Seattle charm. Services & Amenities: Staff/Bartender is included in the price. Catering is encouraged, ask for suggestions. Add $50 cleaning/garbage/recycling fee if you are bringing catering and/or decorations (no glitter, confetti or smoke/fog machines allowed) Better rates are before 10pm, you're always welcome to stay later if/when we open to the public at no charge. Food and beverages not included. No outside beverages allowed. Drink tickets available for purchase or we can start a tab for you. Guests can also start their own tabs. Average drink price is $8-$10 21+ Minors are allowed with adult supervision. Baby Grand Piano available for an extra fee on certain dates, inquire. Bring your own DJ for $125 additional Play your music through our system with Bluetooth or RCA inputs. HOLIDAY BOOKINGS HAVE A MINIMUM BAR TAB REQUIREMENT NEW YEARS EVE PRICING IS REFLECTED IN SUNDAY RATES

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Diana and her team were amazing and so helpful during set up and the clean up fee for the end of the night is more than worth it!! Nobody really wants to clean after prep, setting up, enjoying the party-and Diana's team takes that worry away!

The entire staff were extremely helpful in getting our party set up. We brought in decorations and were even able to easily set up a photo backdrop. The whole process was made so easy for us and the space was perfect for our group!

Oh my gosh!!! This space was literally more than we could’ve asked for. We held a secondary “dance party” event on a Friday evening here at Vermillion to celebrate our wedding the day before. We wanted somewhere that we could drink, dance, socialize, and support all of our friends who are D.J’s in Seattle’s music scene who D.J’ed all night. This space fit that PERFECTLY. Thanks you a million times over. We are already talking about what event we can have here again haha

Yes, I would book again.

This space was perfect for filming our dinner scene ad and Diana was so incredibly helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed and allowed us to rearrange anything in the space to help us with our shoot. 10/10!
