A Beautiful space located near Museum of Science and University of Chicago. This is a upstairs unit located on a Storefront, Our space provides easy access to the Metra Train and CTA, it takes you to downtown, with Starbucks Café on the other side of the street, plus a gracious amount of other amenities. The meeting space offers a contemporary, elegant, versatile, and comfortable space, ideal for team meeting, meet and greet and workshop, film production, casting calls, , plus the ability to transition into a suitable setting for small classes, rehearsals, and exclusive events. The modern set up provides you with central heat and air, Privately owned and newly renovated, it stands at the best quality for the price. We offer great hourly and full day rates. Book promptly to assure availability for our Studio as it tends to fill up fast. Plenty of street parking are available and 5 dedicated Parking is also available in the back with easy access to the facility.

This is the second time I shot here. This is a great space! Hasan is more than helpful and has everything you need for a full production shoot. The ground level access and plenty of street parking directly in front make unloading and loading an absolute breeze! No elevators or stairs to deal with.

Amazing experience! This place actually looks better than the photos in person! Loved that it came with free and easily accessible parking in the back plus Wi-Fi. My family loved this space and Hasan was incredibly kind and responded promptly to any contact when a need or question came up. 10/10 peer space and excellent customer service. Would absolutely book with this host again :)
