1,000-square foot gallery space located in a standalone building near 7th Street and Springdale. COMMON SPACES The outdoor porch is ideal for bar or entertainment set-up. Restroom is located inside. We do not have access to a kitchen for food prep or kitchen staging. OCCUPANCY RESTRICTIONS The Fire Marshall determines our occupancy capacities. Galleries and rental spaces cannot accommodate more than the stated amount of people at one time. Failure to abide by these occupancy restrictions will result in immediate cancellation of the event. CAPACITY Gallery and common space total capacity for standing reception: 300; total capacity for seated engagement: 75. PARKING Parking is free and first come first serve in the adjacent surface streets. Shuttle service, valet or other parking needs will be arranged and agreed upon with the lead event member.
No open flame. No glitter, confetti, streamers, sparklers, flower petals, potpourri, seeds. No firearms or weapons of any kind. No animals other than certified service animals. Nothing may be nailed or taped to any surface without permission. Client is responsible for any damages incurred including wall repair. No items may be shipped to or stored in MASS without prior approval. No obstruction of hallways, doorways, entrances or exits
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Andrea and her partners were the best!!! Not only did I get a great space, but I got a team of awesome caring people, who went out of their way to help me make my event a success! They went above and beyond when they didn't have to! From moving the wall, to helping find equipment when the DJ didn't show up, to just being plain supportive, and much more!
