This listing is for photo shoots and film. Large window for natural light. Best days for Filming with any noise or audio are Fridays or Saturdays. Saturday mornings are often booked weeks in advance. Quiet Photo shoots Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm are possible best times.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

We love Gina's studio! Gina's is our go to for rehearsals. Lots of parking and easy to get into. The studio is clean and spacious and they sound system works very well.

We felt very welcomed and at ease with Gina upon meeting her. She made sure to let us know about amenities and all the details (speakers, restroom, Wi-Fi, etc.) We both drove from about an hour away but agreed it was worth the drive! We would definitely come back there next time we needed a rehearsal space. :)
