Hill Country Home with a View

Please note: We have a firm 2 hour minimum. Spectacular hill country views and an abundance of natural light is what you'll experience in this modern 3500 sq. ft. home. The house boasts a huge open common space with kitchen, dining and living room area in mid-century modern decor. The three bedrooms are set up differently providing several options. The largest bedroom as a lounge with bold floral wallpaper, the second as a studio with several backdrop colors and the third as a mid-century styled bedroom. There are expansive floor to ceiling windows which open up to a 112' deck running the entire length of the house. The home is cantilevered out from the hillside and sits in a heavily wooded area. The front of the house has meandering steps with platforms in between leading down to the entrance. Our recently remodeled Airstream is available as a ADD ON. You will only have access to it if you book it in the ADD ON section. Parking is limited to 7 cars. Our street is very narrow and does not provide any street parking due to this. All parking must be in our driveway. There is a shopping center, approx. 3 miles away, you can park and carpool from if needed. We allow a maximum of 15 people.
