We are a 15-minute walk from Harvard Square, 10 minutes' walking distance from Harvard Law School. Our space is great for hosting professional and/or networking events, corporate events, workshops, meetings, private dinners, parties, engagement parties, baby showers and more. 2 parking spots available on the side of the building for the duration of the party at no cost. Free 2 hour parking across the street, free unlimited parking on Sundays. Free street parking on the streets in the neighborhood.
No pets No smoking No food/drinks on the carpet area (offices, conference rooms, phone booths). No hanging decorations from our light fixtures. No toying with or entering the phone booths. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES The cleaning fee is a flat fee of $90, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Please respect the space and tidy up after yourselves. This includes removing any equipment or rental objects you bring. We ask that you factor setup and cleanup time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. Nails, screws, staples, and other penetrating items are not allowed on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Please sort your waste. Trash, compost, and mixed recycling should go into their respective categories. Please ensure mixed recycling items are free of food/drink residue before throwing them away. (Mixed recycling includes: Metal cans, foil, glass bottles/jars, cardboard, plastic containers, paper.) FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. Please do not use glitter or confetti. We will provide a property condition agreement before the party, and ask the host to sign off. You may be liable for all damages caused to our space. Keep in mind that our space is located in a residential neighborhood. Please respect neighborhood residents and be mindful of your conduct and noise levels. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
