About the Space
Custom rate discounts for day time, midweek and parties under 30 guests. Wow your guests in our beautiful hidden venue! Why rent space in a noisy restaurant when you can have a private space with no other patrons. Large installation of colorful pop art by local artist. Exclusive hidden venue for your Friday or Saturday night event. You may bring in outside catering and drinks. You will not find these perks at any restaurant in town. Plenty of free parking in lot. (quiet in parking lot after 10pm) We are experienced at hosting memorable parties, meetings and events. Tables and chairs and high tables for cocktail style parties. You may bring in a Dj but no loud music until 7:30pm and later. We have hosted Reunions, Wedding reception, Birthday Parties, Celebrations of Life, Musical Shows, Indie Film and music videos. Located in a Shopping Center above retail shops. Free parking. Eateries in the shopping center as well as a Target and Trader Joe’s.

My first time using Peerspace and I found the experience incredibly easy and cost effective. I threw a party for 50ppl that included a pop-up bartender, DJ, photo booth and catering. The kitchen space is large and set up perfectly for catering. The location allows for amble lighted parking for guests and easy share-ride pick-up/drip-off. I can't say enough nice things about the host Gina. She's very accommodating and particle, always provided good ideas for set up. She was very generous with her time and went out of her way to make my event a success. The party was a hit, everyone had a great time!

Gina and her son were both so amazing at helping me with everything I needed for my party! The space was perfect for celebrating my graduation. They set up karaoke for us and it was a blast!!! The cherry on top was my boyfriend suprise proposed to me and now I have a beautiful memory attached to this very cool venue!!! If you are on the fence about booking I can assure you, you will have zero regrets. All my guest loved it!!!

Let me just say 5 stars isn’t enough! By far the best venue I had the pleasure of renting. My party was a major hit and that’s primarily because of Gina and her venue. Perfect parking, an elevator or stairs to conveniently go to the venue, she’s on standby to take care of all of your needs, Trader Joe’s is literally next door (Which was much appreciated for the few stores I needed lol) and just so many more amenities! We played a few games, had a dj, bartender and food section and everyone still had tons of space to eat and mingle with other guest. Thank you a million times Gina for everything looking forward to future bookings with you!

This was the perfect venue for my daughter's baby shower. We had 35 guests for a sit-down, buffet lunch. There was a full kitchen, tables and chairs to seat all guests, plenty of restrooms, and a karaoke hook-up. The owner's son was available that afternoon and really got the crowd going with his great singing and enthusiasm. Gina, the owner, was the best, very accommodating and answered all of my questions promptly and helpfully. I highly recommend this venue!
