About the Space
Custom rate discounts for day time, midweek and parties under 30 guests. Wow you guests! Very private hidden venue. Large installation of colorful pop art by local artist. It will cost $3000 flat rate to rent our exclusive hidden venue for your Friday or Saturday night event. Our Chef will prepare some special appetizers for your guests complimentary with your booking. You may bring in outside catering and drinks as well. You will not find these perks at any restaurant in town. You have access all day for set up and decorating. most parties 6pm-1am for guests. Depart by 2am. No noise restrictions from 7:30pm-1am. Plenty of free parking in lot. (quiet in parking lot after 11pm) We are experienced at hosting memorable parties, meetings and events. Tables and chairs and high tables for cocktail style parties. You may bring in a Dj but no loud music until 7:30pm and later. We have hosted Reunions, Wedding reception, Birthday Parties, Celebrations of Life, Musical Shows, Indie Film and music videos. Located in a Shopping Center above retail shops. Free parking. Eateries in the shopping center as well as a Target and Trader Joe’s.
