Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This space is perfect for parties of 20 or fewer people, business meetings, and film locations. The vibe is coastal California. Located 1 mile from Silicon beach and Marina Del Rey, the apartment is on the second floor. It is a 2 bedroom apartment with a generous, full sized, eat in kitchen and living room. There is also a large private deck with beautiful sunset views. The 900 sq ft interior space will seat 10 inside and 4 outside on the deck -300 square feet. You can bring the kitchen chairs outside to seat 8 people. 20 People can easily fit in the space.

General Rules

Entry When you leave the apartment, please turn off all lights, except the porch light and lock the front door. Enter the property by the driveway and up the stairs in the back. If there is an emergency, please call 911. WIFI Campbell PW stayinginla Bathroom Please use beach towel for the beach and not the white bathroom towels. Toilet paper is in the bathroom drawer. Clean Up There are rags and dust/pan under the kitchen sink t in case there is a mess that needs to be cleaned. Please do not use white bathroom towels for cleaning. The vacuum is in the bedroom closet. There is no smoking in the unit. If you smoke on the patio, please pick up the cigarette butts. Parking There is free parking on the street. Please do not park in the driveway at anytime, even to unload. Please pay attention to the street signs so you don't get a fine. Have a terrific time in Los Angeles!
