All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This property is a five acres artistic Ranch surrounded by unique boulders and a view with a vast expanse of the beautiful Desert. The house is 1200 sq ft of artistic living space... from sculpted bottle walls to a mosaic penny and glass floor. Outside is a bar and lounge area along with a lagoon swimming pool, ten man hot tub and a 20ft waterfall. There is five acres of magical land that are incredible for events and photo shoots. This space is perfect for unique weddings, corporate parties, reunions, photo shoots, films. You are a 8 minute drive to downtown Yucca Valley but yet you feel like you’re a million miles away. When renting the Ranch you have full use of the main house and five acres of boulders, the only space that is private is the cottage which is tucked away in its own space. The city lights do not exist up here and the stars are indescribable as they go on forever as stargazing is such a delight here.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
