When you need a beautiful, open, zenned out space, this is the perfect place for your next gathering. Located just steps from the Financial District and Downtown, this easy to get to and gorgeous space has everything you need for a standout event. Whether it's a pop up, workout event, book launch, photo/video shoot, off-site meeting, conference, or anything else you can dream of, the space is a versatile backdrop to support a calm, open, creative gathering. OUR SPACE Our airy, light-filled 1500 square foot space has 16 foot high ceilings and an open space that is easily adjustable to fit your event's needs. While the space as it is can hold 50 people comfortably, by taking out a couple of tables and clothing racks, we can fit up to 75 people. Just let us know what your event requires and we can figure out the best set up for you. The rental period for this space is between 10am-6pm. INCLUDES Everything you see in the photos will be included in your reservation. If you need a different set up, we can alter the space set up for a small fee depending on how extensive the change needs to be. Your rental will include: - wifi - Sonos - dimmable lights - comfortable couch (that seats three) - two cushioned chairs - wooden benches - tea bar counter - restroom access DISCLAIMER: The restroom will be behind the space in our online store headquarters which is not included in your rental and where there will be people working, but you and your guests are, of course, welcome to use it.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
