All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

General Rules
Your reservation MUST include set-up/decorating, breakdown and full departure of all guests (including you). The additional time requested will lengthen your event, hence, subject to additional charges. We highly recommend that you account for all the time you need to make your event pleasant and successful, in advance; future events may prevent you from lengthening your event time.
CLEANING, TRASH AND EQUIPMENT REMOVAL
The space will be in a clean condition prior to your event. By the end of the scheduled/reserved time, you are required to return the space to the same clean condition in which it was found.
CONDUCT
There is no drug use or smoking of any kind tolerated on-premises or within 50 feet of the building including loitering or congregating outside on the sidewalk at any time during the event. No one is allowed to enter with combustible aerosols, paint, gas or any combination combustible items or materials that may lead to sparks or igniting any form of flames. Disparaging remarks or any type of physical violence will not be tolerated from client or his/her guests and will be cause for immediate expulsion. Renter and guests shall use the premises in a considerate manner always. Conduct deemed disorderly is solely in the discretion of the host, again, such conduct shall be grounds for immediate expulsion from the premises and conclusion of the rental period. In such cases NO refund of the event costs shall be made.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

The place was fabulous! Very clean and neat. I received many compliments form my guests on how cute and different the event space was. I had the both rooms reserved and it really flowed well between both rooms. I celebrated my daughter's sweet 16 an she loved it. The place had a very rustic and dreamy feel to it. It was equipped with everything that was needed. You really need to see it in person and with all the lights, to appreciate the details. I would recommend the space to anyone who is looking for a unique event space.
