About the Space
1500 Sq foot loft with tonnes of natural light and exposed brick. great space for film/photo production and small dinners. You can see the NYC skyline from the apt and also the roof. Close to grocery stores/ bars and ofcourse across the street from robertas pizza. can comfortably fit a 15 person production crew.

Nick was very helpful and hospitable. The space was clean and perfect for the small event we had. They were also very accommodating with the amount of time in the space. We arrived a little later than our requested time and Nick allowed us to get our full 3 hours. Great space and great host!!!!
