All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
For any Event ( Wedding, Birthday, Anniversary .... or a Romantic Dinner for Two) a spacious Private back Garden surrounded by Roses about 70' by 50' with a huge Patio Cover of 40' by 15' .Fit very comfortably about 60 people seated. We can provide Catering, Music, DJ and more for a additional fee, check with Host

Smoking only in designated areas ,you can use our House Catering or bring your own Cater, Alcohol is allow (not glass please) only if you provide it, YOU CAN NOT SALE ALCOHOL, you'll need to provide insurance. Eventhelper.com is one source. They can also provide alcohol related insurance. Peerspace can also help you with insurance., for parties more than 30 people need to rent a Portable Potty, No glitter or confetti, no pets. Please consider your set up and tear down times and factor time into your booking accordingly. Street Parking please consider neighbors .No loud noise after 10pm.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
