Located in North Austin, just minutes from the toll 183 (Duval/Jollyville) area. This is a newly renovated large conference space with configurable furniture on private floor. This gorgeous space can accommodate board meetings, strategic planning sessions, educational conferences, staff retreats and workshops. Room can also be used to host photography photo shoots, baby showers, birthday parties, evening receptions or yoga/health and wellness activities. Room can be configured in empty (chairs only) hallow square, classroom style, board room style or any other configuration you may need. Seats 35-40 comfortably, 60-70 standing. Rental includes access to AV equipment (TV, conference/phone, and projector), FREE Wifi, FREE onsite parking and a space for food and beverage set up (set up can be inside or outside the room.) Bathroom facilities are located on the same floor as the conference rental. There is a foyer/living area that can be used for registration tables, banners, decorations, advertising, etc depending on the type of event you are having. We also have a private outdoor balcony area that can be used for lunches, breaks or networking. Rental fee is $45/hr or discounted 5% for full one day rentals. We can also provide food/beverage options (coffee, soda, water & snacks, and meal services) for an additional per person charge depending upon need. Outside food and beverage welcome. Alcohol is ok. Facility does have a kitchen area with fridge, microwave & convection/toaster oven.
The house rules for this space are as follows: - Smoking is not allowed. - We will not allow any animals (with the exception of disability pets.) - Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request. Please communicate preferred room layout at time of booking. - Trash should be placed in the trash bins and the host will take care of the rest. - Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. - All rentals include set up and teardown time. No children under 17.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Other than alittle confusion about how many people were coming the experience was great. We had 6, not 30 but we easily re-arranged the seating for our group. The space is very appropriate from any kind of working meeting.
