About the Space
This listing is for the workshop/meeting room. The space can fit 12 people with desks and up to 15 people with chairs only (without the desks) Please make sure you book enough time to include set up and cleaning. If you arrive before your or stay past your booking time, you will be charged for that time. The space is available with a whiteboard, HDMI cables, and a TV screen. *You must bring the "proper" tablecloths if you are having an event that may affect the desktops! (lashes, make-up, arts and crafts) *Events with Strong odors/fumes/chemicals are not permitted. (gas, nails..) Please arrive on time to greet your guest.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

She worked with us regarding our time frames and alsp the space is wayyy bigger and versatile than we thought. PLUS she even assisted us with some kitchen supplies we forgot! Would book again, thank you so much!

First of all, Marie and her staff were so nice to everyone on our production. Very clean and professional setting close to the city. The space was exactly what we needed. Glad we selected this location. Definitely recommend this space to anyone looking to book.
