All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This listing is for the workshop/meeting room. The space can fit 12 people with desks and up to 15 people with chairs only (without the desks) Please make sure you book enough time to include set up and cleaning. If you arrive before your or stay past your booking time, you will be charged for that time. The space is available with a whiteboard, HDMI cables, and a TV screen. *You must bring the "proper" tablecloths if you are having an event that may affect the desktops! (lashes, make-up, arts and crafts) *Events with Strong odors/fumes/chemicals are not permitted. (gas, nails..) Please arrive on time to greet your guest.

This space was perfect for a training class I had. The pics don't do the space justice. If you're hesitant check it out yourself. The staff and the host were all extremely accomodating. There's plenty of street parking, it's close to the expressway, the space was super clean and the room can be arranged to fit your needs. I will def be booking the spcae again.
