Located in Downtown San Jose, our room is great for meeting or professional event. Our place is spacious, quiet and clean with access to kitchen area. Best Location: 0.9 Miles to San Jose International Airport 0.1 mile to Gish Light Rail Station(901, 902, 914) 2.3 mile to Downtown San Jose Close by Hwy 101, Hwy 880 and Hwy 680 What We Offer: . - Tables, chairs, podium, whiteboard, projector, audio system, and high-speed wifi. - Sufficient free parking lots - Seats up to 20 people. - Shared restrooms within building - Mailbox service - Security door with lock - Beautiful window view with plenty of natural light - Kitchen equipped with Microwave, dinner table, sink, fridge and hot/iced water. - Someone always close by for help *The space is not wheelchair accessible. Hourly rate: Workday (Mon - Fri) $45 (min. 2 hrs) 15% off for 8+hours (8AM - 10PM) $90/hour after 10PM or before 8AM Weekend (Sat - Sun) $55/hour 15% off for 8+hours (8AM - 10PM) Weekly $1400/week Monthly $5000/month Perfect for: meeting, training.
