About the Space

Historical building dating back to late 1800s, basement space. This space has original bank vault doors, exposed brick walls, cement beams, and concrete flooring. Very unique space, great for parties. Raw, industrial feel with a post-apocalyptic set design features. Amenities: - chairs - bench - cocktail table - folding table - bar stools - oil barrels (as tables) - unique mood lighting - surround sound - bathrooms - hourly includes clean up - bathroom access Wheel chair accessible.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

Absolutely wonderful experience here. The location was clean and easy to access. Bea, our host, was timely and super friendly. I highly recommend this place for a variety of uses. In addition, there are several cool places nearby to eat at and site see.

Bea was a fantastic host! Very friendly and accommodating! She gave us the tour, offered to move props and items if we needed them moved for shooting, was available if needed, but gave us space to shoot. The location is awesome. If you're looking for underground, urban exploring, old bank vaults, ghost adventures - there's some really neat areas to shoot. Some of the spaces are TIGHT - so don't expect to get a big crew or huge lights in or anything - but it's really neat for a more intimate shoot. Only negative - in some spaces, there is some sound bleed from the plumbing pipes overhead in the rest of the building (duh - it's a basement) and when water is running, you may have to wait or just live with the sound in the take. Great location! Great people!
