OVERTIME Operations hours are 9am-9pm. Space must be vacated by check out time or will be billed $225/h. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is a flat rate of $175 +tax, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in booking hours. Please take great care of our space. You can use nails/screws on the walls, we will remove them after you move out and take care of spackling and repainting. Do not paint/write/glue anything on the walls. We have a painter in house who can help you with painting the walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Permanent damages on the walls, floors, furniture, etc. will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space and loud music (no bass). No underage drinking, no selling of alcohol. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
