About the Space

1920’s Spanish duplex with French windows, an art garden and a photo studio in the back yard. It’s the studio and home of a locations agent and photographer and sits on a 6400 square foot gated property in Mid-Wilshire. The master suite is available and includes two separate entrances with a walk-in closet that can be used as dressing room as well as a bathroom and a full kitchen with a breakfast nook. There is a 400 square foot black out photo studio in the backyard with high ceilings and a Narnia-style art garden. The house faces West. Matt was a great host friendly, accommodating and interested in our photography session’s success. The space at this location was perfect for the photo project we completed. The space was as described in the PeerSpace photos and free parking on the street was a plus.
