Our space is a large open Warehouse 95% custom built including the furnishing and lighting. It's totally unique and one of the last remaining true artists district warehouse spaces. We have a open kitchen that looks on to a 12 seat cork dining room table. Great for hosting dinner parties or meetings. The living room, den and kitchen have additional seating. We have hosted parties, film and photo shoots, magic shows, sound baths, concerts and special occasions. We are always open to help guests mold the space to fit their needs. Tell us about your event/shoot. We have an additional 1500 square feet of space attached. In total the whole space is 3,000. In the back we have extra room for storage. We also have an entire workshop for building. Need a stage we can do it! We are open to helping make your event happen. Tell us your ideas and we will see what we can do:) We also have 3 different style bedrooms for shoots. We have free street parking out front. During the daytime it can be a bit crowded but is pretty open from 6pm on. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
