**We are a workspace M-F 8-5, so space rental is only available M-F after 5pm and all day Saturday and Sunday. We do have a conference room w/ seating for 8 people that can be rented during business hours.** Beautiful creative co-working and event space in the central North Loop neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants and bars. – 1800+ sf usable space (entire building is 3600sf) – Tons of natural light and plants – 3 large community tables seat 30 – Add additional tables to seat up to 50 – Lounge seating – Conference room with TV connectivity for up to 8 ppl – White board – Sonos sound system – Super fast Wi-fi – Small kitchen with sink, dishwasher, fridge, microwave – 3 restrooms – Additional 500sq ft outdoor area Small bands/DJs welcome $500 fee for events with 50-75 people as these require a special events permit from City of Austin and are limited to once a month. RATES: Sun-Wed 5pm-midnight: $700+ Thurs-Sat 5pm-midnight: $1000+ Sat/Sun 8am-4pm: $1000+

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Our team of 35 teachers had a super fun celebration in this immaculate space! Plenty of room for sitting, chatting, eating, and merrymaking. The sound system allowed for our own Spotify playlist, once I learned how dang easy it was to hook-up. Ransom was incredibly helpful and patient, and guests continually commented on what a great find this place was. We would undoubtedly book again!

Great spot; Will most definitely be utilizing this space in the future. I hosted a small, open house style reception here and was more than happy with how easy the location was for my guests to find as well as all the amenities. The host day of, Ransom, was super attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. Even when he needed to leave, the young woman who took over was just as attentive and kind! You won't go wrong booking here!
