Welcome to LostBoyLofts. We are a modern meeting space located in the most up & coming neighborhood in Los Angeles - Highland Park. Our space offers a refined industrial, modern, artist's aesthetic. Enjoy immense natural light, a vast living room with 42' TV, huge second floor living area and bedroom, 2 full bathrooms with large glass showers, and a soaking tub, bedroom loft, dark hardwood flooring, exposed brick throughout, beautiful floor to ceiling windows, 18' ceilings, two large private balconies (one overlooking a series of trees, and another with a full white backdrop), free WiFi, and tons of stunning modern furniture. We have ample seating, 4 monitors, and speakers. We have unlimited parking, as well as an access ramp directly from the parking lot for easy loading, and unloading into the space. All of the lights in the space are color-changing LED's and can be accessed easily from your phone to create the perfect enviornment for your meeting.
No smoking on premise. No drinking for anyone under 21. Outside food can be provided for an additional cost (vegetarian, and vegan options available). Dogs are allowed, cats are not.
