All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Square footage: 1000 This multi level loft is great for team off-sites or hackathons where you need focus and dedicated space for your initiatives. Please note: The space is located in SoMa, and there is currently quite a bit of construction in the area. If you need a very quiet space, this might not be the perfect spot with highway and construction noises nearby. - The two floors work great for breakout sessions. - 55" TV on the second floor (looks like art, but it's a TV) that you can AirPlay presentations on, and a large whiteboard for sketching ideas. - Apple TV for presenting - Strong WiFi throughout space - Kitchen to store all your snacks - Large table upstairs for working/presenting/brainstorming - Large whiteboard with markers - Speakers in the living room can be used to play music during brainstorms or work sessions. - Lots of natural light to keep everyone happy and in a creative mood

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
