There is a projector, large screen, and several connectors available. Are there any options to purchase coffee/drinks catering onsite? If so, what is the cost per person? You purchase coffee/drinks and a coffee/beverage bar onsite through Le Marais Bakery next door. We can keep a tab charge based on consumption, or offer drink and/or pastry coupons. Will someone be onsite? There will always be someone on site, most likely either Amar or Ed, our front of house managers next door at Le Marais Bakery. We typically dedicate a server when catering is ordered through Le Marais Bakery, though they typically are only the space to deliver/serve the food. Or is it possible for us to get have catering through our booking, or catered outside of the venue and then brought in? If so, what is the process for this? We do allow outside catering, and we also supply our own catering, though we do not provide beer and wine. Le Marais Bakery and Café next door offers a full breakfast or lunch buffet including beverages, listed above in Catering. We also can deliver fresh baked cookies from Le Marais Bakery with a variety of milks, including almond and oat, for an afternoon snack. We can customize our menu offerings — our brunch board buffets, breakfast bowl, avocado toast, Croque Monsieur bar, and sandwich and salad buffets are the most popular. We also offer croissant-making team buildings. You can also have this catered outside of the venue and then brought in, and often families will have potlucks. Can we order ice or snacks delivered to the location? Yes, our guests often also order snacks or drinks to be delivered in advanced through Instacart. The Le Marais baristas next door can receive anything you may need in advance. Will there be table covers/cloths? What kind of furniture is included in the listing? Please note above in our listing for the complete list of table covers and furniture included. What is expected of the cleanup process? For the cleaning process, we ask that you leave the room free of debris and as you found it, with trash in two bags. We then mop and clean all surfaces and bathrooms for the next event. For additional cleanup or trash, we just charge you our costs, typically $75 for complete pick-up and cleaning and $50-75 for trash removal. Is there a microwave, and if not, am I able to bring one and use it? There is a microwave next door, and Ed and Amar can help you use it, or you can bring your own in. Is there a refrigerator we can use? Most of our parties use the refridgeration and the freezer next door at Le Marais bakery. Does the space include seating for 50 people? Yes, as noted above. Often for larger parties, you could rent tables, chairs, and tablecloths from Abbey Rentals, and we can handle all delivery and pick up details through the bakery next door. Please contact us for address and delivery times. Is there a parking? Parking across the street is with DirectPark at 1101 Sutter St, San Francisco, CA 94109. Phone: (415) 447-3931. It is $15 for all day Can we have some supplies shipped to your location prior to the event? Absolutely! We have plenty of storage space! Please have them shipped to Le Marais Bakery next door, and contact us for specific details. Is there adequate garbage and recycling buckets/liners? Or are we expected to provide our own? We have one large trash container, and then we have brought containers over from next door for evening events in the past, for behind the counter, but they are not as attractive. It depends on the amount of trash you feel you will have. We are able to remove two large trash bags per party, but beyond that we will need to organize a trash pick up which does require an additional fee.

Madeline A. booked an off-site for 57 people
We rented this space for a 2 day long event with about 50 people attending. They were very helpful in meeting all our needs, including outside catering and event planners coming in, bakery staff helping us arrange food and be there to lock up, furniture rentals coming in and out, and general set up of the space. I think the way they do a shared Google Doc as an Event Sheet is SUPER helpful! Thank you so much to Patrick and Joanna for everything.
Evan B. booked an event for 150 people
The space was amazing and it was perfect for our school dance. Everything was as pictured and the people at the event in the beginning were very helpful to us. I would definitely book again.
Jen K. booked an event for 150 people
This space was great, and fit more people than we expected! We had around 100 people for a standing-room reception and had plenty of space to spare. Patrick and Joanna were helpful in answering questions and perfecting the layout of the space. Having the flexibility of the different types of furniture available in the space helped save on rental costs, too. Our guests could not stop talking about how cute the space was!
Jamie E. booked a team offsite for 30 people
My group had an amazing offsite! They loved the space and felt it was warm and homey. The croissant making class was the real cherry on top of the day.
Ardene D. booked a company meeting for 25 people
This is a lovely space for a business offsite...although if you're going to be sitting a lot, bring your own or request comfty chairs. :) The chairs are very uncomfortable to sit in for long. When they're busy, it's hard to get prompt responses. A bit frustrating if you like to plan ahead. I recommend going to the space early to decide and let them know how you want it set up for your event. Croissant making was fun! Good team activity. Everyone enjoyed. When I arrived I was looking for "Patrick," who I thought I'd been communicating with all along. But it's actually Joanne that you're looking for and who will help you. She's great! Thank you!
Michelle K. booked a baby shower for 70 people
This space was PERFECT for our baby shower. Tons of space, beautiful, and fully stocked with enough tables, tablecloths, and chairs for our guests. It made our event effortless. And Joanne and Patrick were such great hosts, answering my many, many questions. If we ever have another event, we will definitely consider this space again!
Taylor P. booked a holiday party for 30 people
The place was so beautiful, well-decorated, and spacious! I had some issues with the hosts, however. Patrick was not very responsive and I had urgent questions I needed answered. I left him several voicemails which he never answered and was very slow to answer my messages over the website leading up to the event. I had questions about the size of tables available, about the sink/kitchen area, ice availability, decorations, clean up process, even as simple as how we would get into the venue at the time of the event. Chasing down these answers made for a stressful event day. A woman called me the morning of the event with some answers but by that point, it would've been too late to order tables so it is a good thing they had plenty. We also talked extensively about tablecloths. When I got there to set up, they had brought all the table cloths to the cleaners and I ended up having to run to a store around the block and buy cheap plastic ones. All in all, it was a beautiful venue and Amar and David, from the bakery next door, were very attentive and helpful at the time of the event but I would've been happier if Patrick were easier to get a hold of to answer my important questions. Thankfully everything worked out well enough!
