All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Newly built in 2018, this second-floor private room (known as the Syrah Suite) is an excellent space for interviews as the room was built with sound-proofing in the floor and walls. The long and narrow room can be set up with round tables, classroom style, U-shaped, boardroom, or theater style. The space includes 60 red leather dining chairs and various table and linens for any setup needs. Capacities: Standing - 100 Theater Style - 60 Classroom - 40 Please inquire for teambuilding packages which include wine tasting, wine blending, wine & cheese pairing, and more. Our space is conveniently located on the Peninsula halfway between SF and San Jose, very close to Silicon Valley. Just a few blocks from 101 and 15 minutes from 280. The San Carlos or Redwood City Cal Train stops are each a 5-minute drive away.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This place is a hidden gem! We rented this space for a team building off-site workshop for 15 people. It was just the perfect location. The food was delicious and service was topnotch, thanks to our wonderful host. We will definitely book again. :)
