This inner-city garden & pergola with a tranquil feel has space that's fantastic for varied intimate events and celebrations. Tastings, Weddings, Baby Showers, Yoga and Energy Classes, Readings, Networking Events, Happy Hour, Pop Up Shop, Business Meeting, Photo/Video Shoot Table and Chairs are available for rent upon request. You will have access to the space for a half an hour prior to your booking time for setup and a half an hour past your end time for cleanup (no additional fee for the setup and cleanup time). Included as part of the space: Two 6ft rectangular tables Two folding chairs Two lawn chairs Two egg chairs Two tower heating lamps for chilly weather WiFi Electric: 4 outlets A charcoal BBQ grill Port-a-potty

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
This space adheres to the health & safety protocols as outlined by the CDC and the City of Chicago. Guests are required to wear masks while attending and we ask that social distancing measures are followed. We disinfect all surfaces in the space prior to bookings. The time between bookings has been increased to ensure proper sanitation.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
