All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

General Rules
- You break it, You buy it!
- Common sense – to treat the office with respect: Ask all attendees to respect the physical space (as it is a business with personal items and equipment), such as: requesting that people don’t look through draws, cabinets, eat food that is not theirs. Ask attendees to utilize empty desks first before using a desk that might have a computer, personal property
- The noise level will be kept to a level so as not to interfere with other building tenants. This will likely not be an issue; however, it is important to be mindful of any activity that might take place during business hours that might be disruptive. While the weekend has far fewer people in the building, it is just a good practice to use your best judgement when playing loud music or an activity that might generate noise.
- Manage trash, recycling and clean up any spills, crumbs on floor, desks or other surfaces.
- No animals in the space. Except for those assisting disabled individuals.
- No Smoking. ART International and guests shall not smoke nor allow smoking in any area of the Building or rooftop deck. Smoking outside the building on the first floor is not a problem.
- Roof Top Deck. All access to roof top. All chairs and tables need to be put into same place as before, door needs to be locked after every event. Roof Top door automatically locks once closed from the outside.
- Please use the space as if it is your own home, workspace or studio. Pick up after yourself and clean up any messes or trash that is left behind.
- Dump any extra food out of studio into our trash in garage on the bottom floor. The smell will attract bugs, etc.
Liability Insurance
We have liability insurance for the office space. The coverage for catastrophic injuries or damage to the office or building is covered to the extent of the insurance coverage. However, any damage to the building (walls, floors, windows, furniture, fixtures, chairs, desks, décor, etc.), appliances (computers, refrigerator, microwave, etc.) will be the responsibility of ART International to fix, repair, replace or restore.

Very clean place and very accommodating host! Helped us understand all the facilities and answered all our questions! He also gave us a parking spot in garage which really helped take our stuff over. It was perfect for a baby shower of 20 people. Lively place! We’ll definitely book this space again!

We had a fantastic party at the ShiftUp venue space - colorful interior, high ceilings, plenty of space to move around and set up a bar, DJ, appetizers and a taco bar. The rooftop deck was a lovely place to cool off from the contests and dancing downstairs. Guests commented on what a unique space it was - I think the venue's uniqueness really enhanced the fun time that was had by all. Eben was really easy to work with and accommodating throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend this space for an event.
