We have done many events, shoots with companies such as NETFLIX, BCBG, NBC, Universal, P&G & we are beyond excited to meet you and watch your creativity take flight! * Costs may increase for larger crews/guests depending on the type of event/production. We work on costs with each event/production individually to accommodate each project's budget. We are always transparent and, our goal is to make sure that we can accommodate each production according to their needs. SPACE: Stunning 6,500 sq ft masterpiece in the heart of West Hollywood. The main floor boasts a spacious bedroom and a full bathroom. 4 ensuite bedrooms in the upstairs. Romantic master suite with ensuite bathroom, private balcony, incredible closet and spa-like master bath with modern soaking tub, dual vanity, and huge walk-in glass rain shower. A unique 2,000 square-foot basement with 10' ceilings encompasses a POOL TABLE, laundry room, entertaining, gym & exercise area, and 2 king beds with a full bathroom.
- OVER-TIME: Booking time includes arrival and departure. Be sure to plan for any set-up and take-down for decorations and vendors. RENTER will be charged hourly rate for any early arrivals or late departures. - ON SITE MANAGER: Our villa manager is always on premises and is available to assist you throughout the production/event, she makes sure everything is going smoothly. - SAFETY DEPOSIT: Minimum $3,000 is required as a safety deposit prior to check in. (Cash or cashiers check). Deposit will be refunded in full, if there are no issues after check out. - The property will be inspected, sanitized and cleaned prior to guest’s arrival and after guest’s departure. RENTER accept full esponsibility for any damage to the property incurred during the time of RENTER'S booking as a result of guest's event/production. - SET UP & CLEAN UP: All floors should be covered in areas where crew, vendors will be walking. Power cords may be brought through the house, but only on floors protected by coverings or layout board. - Floor protectors, layout boards are REQUIRED while photoshooting or filming. - Nails, tape, pushpins, tacks, clamps, etc., should NOT BE USED on ANY wall, door, beam, or woodwork. - Upstairs Bedrooms OFF LIMITS, unless previous approval was granted. - Anything relating to fire (smoking, candles, etc.) IS NOT ALLOWED. - Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request. - PARKING: UP TO 3 CARS PARKING AVAILABLE ON THE PREMISES. 2 hour free parking on the street during the day. Load-in/out: Driveway available for multiple vehicles. - Vehicle and equipment parking should be planned in a way so as to avoid congestion on the street. - NO SMOKING-NO PETS. - LOUD MUSIC, DJ SET UP, SPEAKERS ARE NOT ALLOWED. - INSURANCE: All events/shootings are required to obtain property damage & liability insurance. Must provide a certificate of insurance evidencing the production’s coverage. Make sure that our name must be named as "additional insured" and that the policy covers the planned activities and the correct dates.
Excellent space, great lighting and kind owners. They saved the day by allowing us to conduct our photo shoot in their space with only one day notice. They were attentive and very welcoming. I truly appreciated their help to make our production run as smooth as possible.
