QUICK NOTE: Rate is $125/hr from "Enter to Exit" time, assuming 2hrs or more, and also assuming 15 or less guests. If it's more than 15 guests, a cleaning fee of $100 total will be added in addition to the hourly rate. If you need overage time, it's at the rate of half of the hourly fee per half hour. Rate is $175 for just one hour only. Sometimes we'll have some round dining tables or auditorium style chairs set up for the next event. Let us know if that is an issue. You can move anything you need, as long as everything is exactly the way it was upon your entering of the building. PLEASE LET US KNOW if there will be any alcohol at your event. Our fog machine may be used but lightly. COVID-19 NOTICE (IMPORTANT...PLEASE READ): Just a few helpful steps to keep us all safe! Please tell anyone in your shoot not to come if they are feeling sick or have symptoms of sickness in any way, shape or form. 2. Once at the venue, Whenever Possible, Please have all guests wearing masks. Please try your best to remain 6ft or more away from each other and from the event manager (probably will be me). 3. It is a unique, otherworldly space which features Interior Design of the Imagination. Capacity: 5,000 sq ft Standing: 248 Dining: 200 Features/Amenities: -Full sound system -PA -Microphones -Great lighting -Silhouette shadow dancing screen -2 large screens with Blu-Ray players and projectors *We also INCLUDE gorgeous Throne Furniture, tables, black tablecloths, Eiffel Tower centerpieces with red/black feahters, chairs with black chair covers and red ribbon sashes. The Sorcerer’s Stage is 220 sq. ft. We also have a huge 3 section fridge if needed. THE FOUNDER: After graduating from the University of Texas, Eric’s travels have taken him to many countries in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa over the course of six years, while residing in France, Spain, Italy and Israel. Artist, designer, explorer, seeker, poet and food aficionado, Eric is intrigued by the arts, performance, fashion, wine and loves to lose himself in music (even his own). Fresh from Seattle, where Eric dabbled in DJ-ing, enjoying nature and spent generous amounts of time tapping into the subconscious, he began formulating his ideas for this incredible space. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Amazing venue! Perfect for our video shoot! So much ornate , gorgeous furniture and the lighting, projection and multi-scene options make it a no-brainer for a unique video treatment. Also great graffiti walls close by and super nice staff and day of venue / booking management . Would highly recommend!
