QUICK NOTE: We're located in Deep Ellum at: 2824 Main St. Dallas 75226 Rate is $150/hr from "ENTER TO EXIT" time, assuming 2hrs or more, and also assuming 10 or less guests. If it's more than 10 guests, a cleaning fee of $100 total will be added in addition to the hourly rate. If you need overage time, it's at the rate of half of the hourly fee per Half Hour. We can also do a 1 hour booking for $200. Any setup and breakdown time should be factored into your booking hours. Your "Enter" time is your start time (WHEN YOU ENTER THE BUILDING) and your "Exit" time is your Out The Door time (WHEN YOU EXIT THE BUILDING). All setup and breakdown should be done Only during your booking hours (during your Enter to Exit time). Sometimes we'll have some round dining tables or auditorium style chairs set up for the next event. Let us know if that is an issue. You can move anything you need, as long as everything is exactly the way it was upon your entering of the building. Just take a pic of the setup upon entering and this way you'll know how to put everything back the way it was before you leave. Thank you kindly. :) Please note: Even if the shoot begins late because of people involved in your shoot arriving late, we still charge starting from whatever your Enter time was. PLEASE LET US KNOW if there will be any alcohol at your event. We do have a $350 charge for drinking alcohol in the venue, as we need to have a bartender and police officer on site for liability reasons and to keep everyone safe. Our fog machine may be used.. but lightly. COVID-19 NOTICE (IMPORTANT...PLEASE READ): Just a few helpful steps to keep us all safe! 1. Please tell anyone in your shoot not to come if they are feeling sick or have symptoms of sickness in any way, shape or form. 2. Everyone must wear masks at all times, except if you're in the shoot being shot. Please try your best to remain 6ft or more away from each other and from the event manager (probably will be me). 3. Fresh from Seattle, where Eric dabbled in DJ-ing, enjoying nature and spent generous amounts of time tapping into the subconscious, he began formulating his ideas for this incredible space.
