About the Space
40 acre horse farm in Dutchess County, 2 horse barns, large indoor riding arena, farmhouse dating back to 1700's, numerous fields and pastures, retro garage, and much more! Horse's can be provided for shoots as well. Great for film and photo shoots. Close to Rhinebeck, Millbrook and Poughkeepsie.
General Rules
Our venue is only available for film and photo shoots, not events. No smoking, alcohol or outside animals are only allowed with proper documentation - inquire for more info. Productions must carry their own insurance.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
