All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Unpack, unplug & unwind in our private, spacious home. On well over an acre of wide open space, sink into deep zen, surrounded by more than fifty ancient Joshua Trees, breathtaking mountain views, and big-sky starscapes. A fireplace, a turntable, LPs, piano, books, art -- and our one-of-a-kind "hammock camp" -- this home is designed with chill moments in mind. Mere minutes from Joshua Tree National Park and Pioneertown, there's so much to do (or simply lie back, breathe, and do nothing at all). Perfect for video shoots, film shoots, events, retreats, etc. Tons of parking for crew & trucks.

General Rules

No fires, no loud music. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Outside food and alcohol are allowed, and some pets (an additional deposit might be required). Permits and insurance (when necessary, for some productions) are the responsibility of the guest.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
